Although the US version of ArqueXchange™ may be used by both US and non-US nationals, the latter are encouraged to consider using ArqueXchange™ International (AXI), which once completed, will feature offshore registered investment products. AXI is expected to be available for use on November 1, 2005. Non-US nationals who are interested in using the US version of ArqueXchange™ at this time should seek advice from their personal accountant or tax-counsel to discuss possible taxation issues in the United States and in their home country before investing. |
